WHO NEEDS THE TBR????
The real question is.. Who doesn’t?
Every day millions of people suffer from sports injuries, chronic pain or simply the debilitating and exasperating effects of aging. In order to combat the pain, people often turn to drugs, aggressive treatments, or undergo more surgery in order to relieve their pain and achieve immediate relief. The Total Body Reset (TBR) can allow people to break away from that cycle.
By simply stepping onto the TBR, one can begin to feel an increase in coordination, improved mobility, and reduced chronic pain. The profound results can be felt in minutes, without the need for drugs or surgery!
The “Total Body Reset” (TBR) is just that … a TOTAL BODY RESET.
Many performance / rehabilitation products today use aggressive movements which can shock a vulnerable body into deeper injury. The TBR applies a completely different approach. Subtle micro-movements are used to activate dormant neurological patterns throughout the body. By awakening and communicating on a very subtle level, the body can interact with the small intrinsic muscles. These muscles are essential for fine tuned coordination, but damage from injury and/or age can cause the body to try and compensate in inadequate ways, which can further exacerbate the injury.
Healthcare providers such as doctors, rehabilitation specialists, physical therapists, occupational therapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, etc…, are all striving to gain access to deeper levels of fine movement coordination in the body. Until now with the Total Body Reset there was no real way to reach that deep level of disruption. For that reason, there is major excitement in the availability of the Total Body Reset. With the TBR’s subtle technique, the body learns new movement patterns that increase balance/mobility, provide pain relief, aid in healing from injuries and improve athletic coordination.
What is the TBR and how does it work?
The TBR is a non-invasive device that increases coordination, improves mobility, and reduces chronic pain naturally and is drug-free thus eliminating the need for aggressive treatments or surgery. It is easy to use and only takes a few minutes a day - yet the effects are immediate and long lasting. It can help restore confidence in walking, improve posture alignment, and contribute to overall well-being.
The TBR is easy, safe and effective. The user simply stands with each foot resting on an individual platform. The platforms have several strategically placed springs and hinges incorporated below which serve to create slight movement(s) in response to the body’s subtle neurological imbalances. The user only needs to stand on the TBR twice a day for 3-5 minutes.
These subtle micro-movements activate new neural pathways, waking up millions of proprioceptors buried deep in one’s joints, muscles and other organs that respond to stimuli regarding the position and movement of the body. These proprioceptors have become dormant due to compensations from past injuries, or long hours of sitting. Increased proprioceptive communications resets the organization of the small intrinsic muscles necessary for fine tuned movement and coordination.
The key to the TBR is the very gentle movement it creates. The movement is subtle, natural and customized by and to the individual. This allows the body to reach an unusually deep level of response which helps to rebuild damaged neurological movement patterns. (The speed of progress is, of course, determined by the severity of the injury).

BENEFITS of TBR USE
With the TBR’s subtle movements, the body learns new movement patterns that were unavailable to it before which can lead to:
✔️ Improved Balance and Mobility
✔️ Pain Relief
✔️ Better Athletic Coordination
✔️ Enhanced Neurological Organization and Movement
✔️ Improved Athletic Performance
✔️ Faster and more complete recovery from injury
✔️ Elongation of the spine, allowing injured spinal discs to decompress
✔️ Improved posture and confidence
✔️ Deeper breathing, bringing more oxygen to the body’s muscles and brain
The Evolution of the TBR
Years ago, Dr Ron Harwin witnessed an elderly man fall on the sidewalk. After talking with this man, Dr. Harwin realized how simple it would have been to prevent his fall. The man had lost about 18% of his range of balance: two of his leg muscles and his ankle joint were weak from a lifetime of sitting. This is not an unusual situation for many people as they age. Mobility decreases and muscles atrophy from lack of use and a more sedentary lifestyle.
Often in situations of imbalance, there’s a tendency to blame inner ear dysfunction or earlier injuries - but that was not the case here. Though Dr. Harwin did not formally examine the man, he could tell there was no evidence of neurological deficit causing the fall.
The man had lost the natural “push off” of his feet due to the deterioration of his Gastrocnemius (calf) muscles and ankles. It was this event that inspired Dr. Harwin to spend the next sixteen years researching and developing the Total Body Reset (TBR), a new device that would revolutionize malfunctions of the body's muscles.
About the Co-Founders
Who is Dr. Ron Harwin?
Ron Harwin D.C., inventor and Co-Founder, has always had a fascination with the human body and how it moved. After seeing a skeleton in his father’s doctor’s office at a very young age, his fascination became a lifelong study into how the human body works.
In his early 20’s, Dr. Harwin took a unique approach to his research and began to study how true healing evolves from the inside of one’s body to its outer functioning. In essence, healing from the inside out.
He gained revolutionary insights into healing while studying in India and other foreign lands. When he returned home, he spent the next five decades studying and practicing Asian Martial Arts and yoga. This process provided him with a deeper understanding of how the human body works with gravity and movement. It also gave him a unique perspective on how to fix the body when it was broken.
He continued to educate himself through several mentors skilled in manual therapy and rehabilitation. He practiced manual therapy as a massage therapist and later became a licensed chiropractor, holding a private practice for nearly 40 years. With his immense comprehensive knowledge of the body and its mechanics he pioneered the treatment and prevention of Repetitive Strain Injuries (RSI) caused by extensive computer work. He co-authored Healthy Computing, the first book ever to be published on the prevention of computer-related injuries. He developed The CompuHealth Interactive Software Program to help people prevent Repetitive Strain Injuries in the workplace. His innovative Carpal Tunnel Treatment was aired as a special news segment on NBC-TV in San Francisco, CA.
For nearly 20 years Dr Harwin worked to develop a device totally new to the marketplace. One that can help improve function and mobility performance of people suffering from chronic pain, poor balance, injuries from falls, and diminished athletic performance. These are often brought on due to age, past injuries, strokes, Parkinson’s, and a sedentary lifestyle.

Elizabeth Frank’s Story
CEO and Co-Founder Elizabeth Frank’s passion for holistic health and natural healing started at an early age. As a child and young adult, she suffered for years from back pain which was later diagnosed as scoliosis. Doctor’s recommended prescribed medications and invasive surgeries, but Elizabeth felt there had to be another way.
She immersed herself in the world of alternative medicine seeking a more organic approach to healing her condition. Soon, Elizabeth’s pain was reduced, and she became stronger by receiving a treatment from Dr Upledger called CranioSacral Therapy. Amazed with the results and relief, she saw the value of the therapy and worked with Dr. Upledger to further his work and co-found The Upledger Institute. The Institute is both a clinic and an educational entity that gives both patients and students the opportunity to learn and benefit from treatments of CranioSacral therapy. The Upledger Institute is now a worldwide operation.
However, as Elizabeth got older her pain returned and her posture faltered. This time the pain centered in her hips and back. She finally gave in to surgery where Doctor’s inserted metal rods into her back, removed two ribs, and fused her spine. The surgery did alleviate the pain for awhile though after being hit by a vehicle, Elizabeth’s pain returned with a fury: this time from nerve issues that affected her foot and leg. Finding no relief from the medical field again, Elizabeth launched herself into another quest for a holistic approach to her pain. This time, she met Dr. Ron Harwin, the inventor of the Total Body Reset.
“ From the very first minute I stepped on the TBR,” Elizabeth recalls, “I felt it recalibrating my body in a way that I’ve never experienced before. The dormant and injured parts of my left leg began to carry their load. It was an amazing feeling and a life changing experience. The TBR actually enabled and allowed me to heal myself! I quickly learned that if you give the body what it needs, it can correct itself.”
Elizabeth was so impressed with the TBR, that she partnered with Dr. Ron Harwin to market and produce the machine. Her ultimate goal is for every household to have its own TBR so everyone can have the opportunity to reset their body every day and feel their best.
With a BA in Business/Economics/Art Design and more than three decades in business as a designer, marketer and wellness consultant, plus her personal experience with the TBR, she brings a great outlook to the future of the Total Body Reset.
Eye Opening Statistics:
Each year, over 3 million older people are treated in emergency rooms for fall injuries.
Over 800,000 patients a year are hospitalized because of a fall injury, most often because of a head injury or hip fracture.
One out of five falls causes a serious injury such as broken bones or a head injury.
Each year at least 300,000 older people are hospitalized for hip fractures. More than 95% of hip fractures are caused by falling sideways.
Falls are the most common cause of traumatic brain injuries (TBI).
Falls are the second highest cause of death in this country!
As the number of 65+ Americans increases, we can expect a correlating rise in the number of fall injuries – as well as an exponential growth in the cost to treat these injuries.
People will always have falls. That risk is not going away. Fortunately, the Total Body Reset (TBR) helps to improve one’s balance and mobility while also creating a comforting sense of self confidence. With better stability, many falls can be prevented.

Sports Injuries
Approximately 2 million people visit the emergency room each year due to sports-related injuries.
Running is one of the most popular sports worldwide. An average of 50% of runners suffer from injuries and strains annually, caused by any number of reasons including ill-fitting running shoes, lack of sufficient stretching, running frequency, weight, biomechanical mobility and muscle imbalance.
Bicycling, another popular sport, accounted for about 426,000 injuries in 2021 (according to the National Safety Council. This is the highest number of injuries for any category of sports and recreation.
Among many organized sports such as football and boxing, concern is growing about the risk of sports-related concussions. More than one million high school and college age players suffer from sports-related injuries.
“In the US, about 30 million children and teens participate in some form of organized sports, and more than 3.5 million injuries each year are experienced by the participants.
Almost one-third of all injuries incurred in one’s childhood are sports-related injuries. By far, the most common injuries are sprains and strains. While some injuries are minor and treatable, many are serious and have long-term effects on future function. In general, sports-related injury severity increases with age.” (Source: John Hopkins Medicine Journal, 2022)
These injuries that occur in our youth often later present themselves as an area of chronic pain and mobility problems as we age. Perhaps we don’t immediately recognize the connection of our injuries while we are an invincible youth versus the aging self that struggles to get out of bed. However, if these injuries are properly addressed and treated on a youthful body at the time of the injury, the effects of those injuries will be minimized in one’s later years. The TBR is an effective tool for treating sports-related damage to the body at the time of the injury as well as providing healing and relief for older bodies suffering from the trauma of their youth.

Chronic Pain:
In 2021 50 million U.S. adults experienced chronic pain (as reported by Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Massachusetts Eye and Ear, and Harvard University Hospital in Boston).
76.5 million Americans are afflicted with chronic pain and those numbers are growing.
Pain is debilitating and frustrating. It interferes with sleep, work, and social activities. It can pull sufferers away from spending time with their family and friends. Until now, the solutions to the pain epidemic have been limited – and those suffering tend to look for the quickest way possible to end their pain. This means they don't spend a lot of time on non-invasive, non-addicting holistically oriented treatments. They usually treat their pain with medication because it delivers the fastest results – but it’s not without its own set of problems. For one thing, the treatment for pain can be complex and could lead to harmful effects if not properly administered and monitored. For another, the use of pain medication can often lead to addition.

There is a demand for a natural, holistic treatment that delivers immediate relief and is non-addictive. This is where the “Total Body Reset (TBR) can benefit chronic pain sufferers. Whether it’s the effect of a one-time injury that hasn't healed properly, a long term degeneration of the body due to aging, sports, workplace, or car accident, the TBR can provide immediate relief. Equally important is that it is a non-invasive, drug-free solution that delivers results. Best of al, it has absolutely NO side effects. The TBR is an effective solution to help alleviate chronic pain and impaired coordination.
When it comes to chronic pain, there is nothing on the market that encompasses all that the Total Body Reset(TBR) does. The closest two pieces of physical therapy/sports rehabilitation equipment that focus on balance and coordinated strength are the Balance Board and Bosu Ball.
With the Balance Board, the patient places his or her feet on each side of the board and tries to maintain balance. The Bosu Ball looks like a half gym ball with a platform on the bottom side. The user can perform different exercises while standing on the inflated half-ball to add a level of difficulty. The idea with these pieces of equipment is to challenge the user’s weaknesses as an opportunity to build stronger coordinated strength. These are fine for healthy bodies looking to strengthen but can be devastating to an injured body. An aging or injured body suffering from pain or coordination problems will interpret this aggressive movement as an assault on the body rather than a remedy, thus causing it to shut down to protect the weakened areas.
The Total Body Reset (TBR) is not just a game changer, it is a life changer!
The healing process begins the minute you first step onto the platforms. You will immediately feel positive changes beginning to happen in your body. You might appreciate the relief of chronic pain issues, or simply experience an overall feeling of lightness and well-being.
This new and miraculous device will one day be commonly placed in everyone’s home as a treasured addition to be used to positively reset and realign your body as you begin and end everyday.
Utilizing the TBR will make a significant
difference in your life.
